New project, photoshop tablet, which to start with?

I am looking to start a new project. I upgraded and old tc1000 I got off of ebay a while back, upgraded the ram, harddrive, wireless card, keyboard and stand. Tried windows 7 on it and went back to a stripped down version os windows xp with all tablet features working. I have photoshop 7 loaded on it and it works great, the only problem is any internet browser is extremely slow. When I go to get source material for photoshop, it takes forever.

So I am looking on ebay to get a used tablet pc, with a wacom pen, that can handle photoshop (Either the older 7 or CS5) and windows 7 (bought it for my desktop a while ago)

I am not scared to tear the thing apart and do the upgrades myself.

So what I am seeing on ebay in my price range are

Toshiba M400

Fujitsu st5112 Tablet PC

And I am wondering which would be the best for this new project.

Any advice is great!!

I've got a m1400, Win7 with 1.5GB RAM and I ran PS CS2 on it, slow but worked. Browser is a little slow, but worked. Overall I could do alot with this 100 dollar tablet, but if I was buying another I'd think about the LE1600, or something with a bit more power.
