Just to Let ton guys know SP2 works pretty good on the m275. The only Problem I had was during Loading. This is now the way you test Lonestar.

Just performed a clean install of WinXP and SP2 on my M275. I'm pleased to inform you all that I had no issues with it. Everything is working just fine[thumbsup].

The new TIP is outstanding. The final release of SP2 has come a long way from SP2RC1. My Broadcom wireless card and all peripherals are working just fine.

I still recommend backing up all of your important data prior to updating.

I uploaded SP2 over the SP2RC1 The only problem I'm seeing, not that, I've done any extensive testing, is that the "recognize text" preview when using the TIP doesn't appear.
Any ideas on show to get that feature functioning? I've looked at the configure options, but didn't see any option that seemed relevant.

Any ideas on how to get it to work?

I checked the version of TIP that is loaded it is: Version 1.7.2600.2180

I just downloaded the SP 2 last night, so far I love it. I thin k the way they Set up the input bar is Fantastic. I love the way it expands when you are writing. Before I would not consider hard writing poor anything longer then a paragraph, but the new input bar has changed my policy. I also love how you can see the text and edit it before you press insert. That saves so much time. I think it is Phat how they make speech accesible from the input panel, I use it a lot more now. The hand writing recon is vastly improved, it is so good that it now recognizes my crappy handwriting with little mistake.This update should make the tablet PC a viable choice for anyone in the market for a new notebook think this update worksso well that there is no need por convertable's anymore.
