This is from the original press release still available on the wacom site:
This is from the TabletPC Accessories page at Wacom:quote:Price and Availability
The two executive pens will be available for sale to OEMs and also in the Wacom and A.T. Cross retail channels during the [u]second quarter of 2003.</u>
I'm not sure where thequote:Scheduled to be available [u]January 2004.</u>referred to in the original message in this thread came from, but two things are clear:quote:announced [u]February </u>timeline
1. Cross has been apologizing for or avoiding this issue since early 2003 and
2. Wacom may build excellent digitizers but they can't pick a responsible partner to save their lives.
If I hadn't already given up ink in favour of digital ink, I'd mangle the cross pen I gave away last year in protest. Time for someone at Wacom to smell the stale, burnt coffee, and pic a new partner.

until Cross has to come up with a new excuse.quote:Now it looks more like the March - April timeframe
Bah.
