I have upgraded the memory in my Toshiba M205 to 1GB. I am selling the original 2x256 PC2700 dimms. I am asking $40 + $5 S&H each if purchased separately. If some one wants to buy the pair I will take $70 + $5 S&H. I will accept money order and payapal. They are brand new as I sold my TC1000 and bought the Toshiba on Monday. Thanks.
