A wild guess : Tablet PC's are only to be used with Windows XP Tablet edition :s
I am trying to reinstall Windows 2000 again on a Stylistic 3400X and now come across two error messages:
1. Fujitsu Display Monitor Application error : WMI Error: Error accessing the class instance!
2. CIC PenX: Tablet is not initialized. Pen Functionality is unavailable.
I previously got help from this forum on the second error, but now I can seem to find any combination of pen driver and PenX that does not blue screen my machine.
Any ideas?

I am trying to reinstall Windows 2000 on a device that fully supported a previous installation of W2K. I am not attempting to install WinXP Tablet Ed.
Go to device manager...
Select: Fujitsu Stylistic Pen
Update driver
Install manually
Select don't search...have driver
Go to C:\program files\CIC and select moufiltr.sys
That should hook you up. Select continue anyway messages. May have to search for other files ..one may be in c:\winnt\system32\drivers
Pardon me, thats my default cut and paste for this common issue. Were you the person I helped with this before? If so, and you're getting blue screens, which version of the drivers are you working with?
btw: if someone could email me the cic penx 2.0
i would b very very very happy

There is a company called Tech Support Center that deals with this kind of thing a lot. They sell a Ghost CD with the complete setup of Windows 2000 for stylistic already installed, so all you have to do is ghost it onto the hard drive. It's $35 for just the CD, but when it's installed it asks for a windows 2000 license key. Since I didn't have one they sent me a whole package with a Windows 2000 license, a copy of the Ghost CD, and a copy of norton Ghost for $125. It came with instructions on how to install it and it worked perfectly!!! The pen drivers and everything work perfectly, plus I can finally use that USB port which was useless in NT4. If you're interested in their service, your best bet is to email techsupport@ohiocraft.org. Hope this helps some people!
Here is the Solution I found for the Pen Driver on my LT C-500... In your Devices there are a couple of unknown devices... I think it was the second one that I clicked update driver and picked the pen driver I got from fujitsu.

I have a problem getting the audio and LAN functions to work after a complete XP install on the 3400. I tried manually reinstalling the Win2K drivers from the Fujitsu site but still no luck.
Anyone have any ideas??
Thanks
I'm looking at purchasing a Fujitsu Stylistic LT C-500 and I have a few questions. Can it support mpeg and divx playback without stuttering? Can you increase the hard drive size? If so, what are the bios limitations on size? I would like to get the tablet for my car to support movie playback as well as GPS. Would this tablet serve these purposes well?
The two things I have to have are a PCMCIA slot for GPS and an 8.4 screen. The 10-12 screens are too big for my needs.
