On HP's web site.
Standard warranty in Canada on a Pentium M TC1100 is 3 years parts and labour.
You can upgrade that to include accidental damage for approximately 8% of the purchase price.
I want to get a TC1100 at a good price with a Service repair warranty(2 or 3 years).
Anyone know of any website offering Service Plans?

I agree. Buying from HP carries a big advantage when you go to get service. First in line for parts, more liberal exchange policy, etc.... Unless the price difference was HUGE, I'd buy my next one from HP!
Did anyone ever resolve the question re: whether you can get ADP in the US?
I cant find the TC1100 on HP's shopping website. Can someone provide me with a link?
I bought mine from Laptopsinc.com.
I have no relation to this company other than being a satisfied customer!
Great people (responsive when contacted), great service!
2nd day shipping free!
3yr HP warranty
Free xThink calculator cool ink calculator.
Laptopsinc has them in stock! HP ship date appears to be 2/28 (though I suspect they'll ship before then).
As for support from HP when purchased elsewhere:
My TC1100 experienced a problem and when I called HP they jumped right on it sending a box to ship it in for repairs. Then they called me back and offered to replace/upgrade it instead! It didn't seem to matter who I purchased it from.

If you're from Australia like me there is no link on our HP site (www.hp.com.au). It was up there for a few weeks but recently has been taken off again. Don't know why.
Cheers.
Do any of these vendors have good return policies? I would like to try an 1100, but no place in town carries them. I think I'd like one, and would stick to it, but refuse to buy it from anyplace that will charge me a restocking fee.
Any info would be appreciated...
