Does anyone know whether or not replacement styl

Does anyone know whether or not replacement stylus tips are available from Motion Computing? I called the MC sales line, and the person answering stated that tips are not available, and my only option was to buy a new stylus. I explained that this does not seem to be a logical solution to the situation. The fellow took my phone number and email address and promised to follow up with me. That was two weeks ago, and nothing from MC received.

So....does anyone know the real story regarding stylus tips?
