I recently ordered a M275, and the (business) address it is being delivered to is not going to be there in a couple of weeks.
I was initially given an Estimated Arrival Date of a few days earlier (so it wasn’t a problem), but in the online order status thingy, the estimated date has now changed to "Not Available" at the same time that the status changed to "We are currently awaiting the arrival of part(s) required to fulfill your order".
My question: Has anyone had the above status and still got their order on time, or should I interpret it to mean "We don't actually have any left, and you’re on the waiting list for next month" and start causing trouble? I did not order a single thing except a single, stock standard, off the shelf, M275XL, so "awaiting parts" really translates to "awaiting the tablet PC".
I've tried to get a clarification from gateway, but the times I can call are limited, (and I don’t entirely trust the everything-will-be-milk-and-honey demeanour of the sales staff anyway :), so I thought I'd find out what other people’s experiences have been.
