Has anyone tried to bring the C110 overseas yet?

Has anyone tried to bring the C110 overseas yet? I need to know if I should buy the adapter or converter? The adapter only changes the plug configuration so you can plug the US plug into a foriegn country socket. The converter does everything the adapter does, but also converts the 240V to 110V.

The power adapter for the C110 states 110V-240V. Does this mean that the power adapter will accept a 240V source? Is there anything I need to switch to get it to accept the 240V source?

I plan to bring my C110 to the U.K.

yeah it should work, 220 or 110. it auto converts

I take my C110 all over the world, and it charges everywhere with the supplied ac-adapter. You only need a adapter to plug into the wall.
And indeed, you don't have to switch anything!!
