When I boot up it starts to boot windows then go

When I boot up it starts to boot windows then goes to the blue screen of death and immediately reboots. Since windows didn't start correctly you now have the option of starting normally, safe mode, last known config. Same thing happens. So I booted off the recovery CD. It loads all the necc files and stops at the blue screen. Say something about checking for viruses and check newly installed hard drives and/or controllers. Never touched the HD. So I did this several times with the same result. Also tried the windows 2000 cd. Same result. Then I booted from the Norton Internet Security CD. Both 2002 and 2003. It will scan the memory and boot sector of the drive. I tried typing in c:\ at the a: promt and the screen says unable to access drive c.

I have built hundreds of computers and I know if a HD is not working when you boot from cd is will say disc not found. My guess is that the HD controller is defective. Lastly I installed a failing HD from a W2K computer. It does the same thing when I try to boot from cd. Blue screen...

I called Motion last night FRI and someone is supposed to call me Monday. I just want the thing fixed asap.

OK get this. I sent it in for repair. They said it was a software conflict. That is interesting because I couldn't boot off of a cd. I even tried a windows 2000 cd and a different Harddrive. I think they fixed the controller and said it was a software issue.
