I just ordered an M200 (512Mb+bluetooth) direct from Tosh.
I'll make sure to post first impressions as soon as it arrives (no idea when though... web site says 7-10 days before shipping but who knows).

I also just ordered mine. I went all out, got the 7200 rpm drive, 512 of RAM, external CD-RW/DVD, and the docking station. THe only thing they didnt have that I wanted was a slip cover for the unit, similar to what you can get for the fujitsu 3010D. Maybe once these things have been on the market awhile someone will have one. I will post impressions also once it arrives.
