I was wondering if someone could post a pic of their AC charger for the Acer TM, or let me know how big the unit itself is. I'm seeing they call it a "mini" AC adapter on the Acer website, but I know the one that came with my HP notebook was like half a pound with a 6 foot cord.

    Thanks!

That is similar to this one...there is a one inch by 6 inch chargebox with input to your tablet, this is about 4 feet in length. THere is a power cord that goes from the converter box to the outlet which is also about 4 feet in length. THis is pretty standard for laptops. I am not sure why they call it "mini" because there is nothing mini about it.

The charger itself is the smallest charger I've seen for a notebook and it is reasonably lightweight.

any saving in weight from the converter/charger unit though, is lost in the heavy duty 3 prong power cord from the charger to the wall. My old IBM had a nice thin lightweight 2 prong cord that went from the converter box to the wall which I much prefer.

I had a smaller, more pliable 3-prong power cord from an old ThinkPad power supply lying around that I'm using now. You can probably pick one up from Radio Shack or something like that.
