sorry- just bumping to the top, but I'm about to order the keyboard tomorrow and I'll order the new exec portfolio case too if it can fit the keyboard + tablet in.

A lot of us are wondering the same thing... but I am thinking Motion tablet + detachable keyboard + case = clunky, and maybe the Acer or a new convertible (Sharp?) may be the way to go. We will probably have to wait for the keyboard to start shipping for some Real Answers from some Real People.

Official response from Motion on this one is as follows:-

It will.... but only with the cover on the top of the unit ie it won't 'clip' in the case, with the cover on the back of the unit... so... if you want to use the tablet to write on, you'll have to take the cover off and out it somewhere.

I just got my new executive case today. I don't see any way the new keyboard will fit in it with the tablet.

The brackets holding the tablet in the case block the hard top from clipping onto the tablet itself. This is true top and bottom.

The answer is yes!

I just got both! You would have to put the cover on the FRONT and then it works like a charm!
