Does that resetting of the sony always work? Since the CMS 2.0B update I no longer have to reboot the tablet to use the sony drive again, but it doesn't disconnect and reconnect successfully unless I use the "Safely Remove Hardware" tray icon first. This kind of messes up the Grab'N'Go idea of the docking station. I'll have a go at resetting it on mine. I think resetting on redocking would be less inconvienent than having to fiddle around before undocking.

I am not that knowledgeable but thought you always should use the "safely remove" thing.
