Motion Computing pens

I have a dead pen (#1) that I used on my 1600 & am now using on my Samsung. Putting a new tip in doesn't help. Would washing it help? Anything else?

I have a second pen (#2) that works except for the "right click" button. Anything that can be dine with it?

Is there someplace to get the pens that isn't so expensive?
