What's a good tablet for the library?

I still use dialup at home because broadband is too expensive, so I go to the local library to watch streaming video and download large files. I'm looking for a tablet that has a long battery life and would allow me to easily transfer downloaded files to my home computer or a flash drive. Any good suggestions? Thanks.

Pretty much any wifi and web enabled tablet or computer is capable of that.
