Screen rotation shortcut keys stopped working

At some point, I think probably from a driver update, my screen rotation shortcut keys stopped working on my 2760p. Checking the Intel graphics driver control panel shows that shortcut keys are turned on, but it does not even show the options for the screen rotation shortcut keys, only the enable monitor, enable display, panel fitting and open control panel shortcuts.

Has anybody else seen this on the 2760? I am up-to-date with all drivers and am hesitant to roll back to the earlier driver to see if that fixes it. Are there some registry settings I can look for to see if they have been deleted? I've searched numerous times via Google and Bing but haven't found this problem mentioned anywhere else, so I am hoping it is just on my machine rather than a driver functionality change.
