    Default Good linux to use?

Anyone got any good recommendations for a linux flavor for an M200?

I would like one that supports the screen rotation.....

Well, I ended up using ubuntu 11.10 and I am glad that I did. It rocks and my m200 has never bee so awesome to use......except for the SD Card slot. *shrug*

Pretty much everything worked out of the box except for the text consoles, but changing the default grub options helped fix that.

yeah I followed the instructions on this page:

    http://www.consumedconsumer.org/2011...n-toshiba.html

and to get the startup screen I had to modify bootloader to assume a generic text screen....the grey and black bars are from the bootloader trying to load a fancy GUI instead of a plain text screen.

Yeah that is great to boot from the SD card, but it does not make it work from linux. It appears that there are no linux device drivers for that particular SD card adapter, or if there are I have not found them yet.

Not a deal breaker though. The tablet still rocks for tablet stuff. SD card reader is not that important.
