the name seems familiar to me- I'm not sure if I purchased my digitzer replacement for my tungsten t3 from them, and they were from hong kong, but the main company is UK. I remember it took almost forever to get my product. I didn't file a case because it was only 3 dollars, and it was sent small packet which took over 1 month to arrive. You might want to check where the item is shipping from to get an idea of the arrival date. This would have been over 5 years ago, so I can't say if it is the same or not.
However, if that is not the same one I'm thinking of here is the UK company

Here are the steps you can follow for ebay
1. Wait until the standard expected shipping dates
2. The day after email the seller requesting information about the shipped item tracking number if possible- be sure to put that you expect a reply with 48 hours or you will open an ebay case
3. Wait the 48 hours- if no reply open an item not received case
You should know that usually sellers will respond because they don't like to have open cases with ebay. Just make sure you print or take a digital copy of the listing, the sales reciept and have everything documented for your case.
or if direct purchase from their website, after rereading your post. You might want to deal with your credit card agency ask them the procedures. Does this companies website have customer service? It looked liked they had an online chat.
all the best.
