How do you re-install Windows Journal without Formatting and Re-installing the entire

My computer is Fujitsu Windows 7.
Windows Journal application is broken and needs to be reinstalled
How to restore or re-install Windows Journal without Formatting and Re-installing the entirety of Windows 7

Did the tablet come with installation CDs? I know a lot of them don't but you should be able to find the Journal.exe file if you have them.

Another thing you can try is to go to Control Panel and Under Programs and Features select "Turn Windows Features on or off". In the list there is an item called "Tablet PC Components". See if it's checked. You can uncheck it, which would uninstall everything, then check it again to reinstall. It may as for the Windows install disk to do that, so make sure you have one handy before you remove anything. I remember being able to add games to Windows Professional this way without a disk, but it's good to have it nearby just in case.
