F5 boots to a password prompt after force shut down.

Hello all,

I am a newbie, please welcome, :-)

Straight to why I am here..
I recently got a MC F5 on eBay.
Almost instantly flashed it with BIOS version B02.
All went well until a few days ago when the tablet won't come up after hibernation.. I had to force shut it down.
When I brought it up back again, it prompted me for a password which I have never did set before!

The prompt reads like.. "Setup is access protected. Password:" and this comes up with still the MC logo displayed in the background almost within few seconds after I turn it ON. It seems like an issue stated under 'Fixes in this Release' of Motion's site at /drivers/C5/C5_F5_BIOS_A11_RN.htm

I tried Phoenix BIOS recovery as per Shuflie's thread "Failed BIOS flash on C5".. but nothing changed.

Just need some ideas from you guys.. does this sound like a BIOS password prompt or a HDD Lock?
What else can be tried (other than sending it to USA from NL (Or) opening up the case, which I want to save it for later if I have to!)?

Just a 'happy' update! I reflashed the BIOS with an earlier version (A08) and kaboom it worked! Now after that, I did update to B02 from windows.

Here is the story in short..
Problem: F5 will not boot to windows and prompts for a password with "Setup is access protected." message.
Solution: Reflash an older version of BIOS using Phoenix Recovery Disk.
