this is interesting, can you tell us about the process of installing OSX, how did you deal with the driver issues etc. Can you confirm the pen pressure sensitivy still working under OSX?
If you did install from USB stick please let us know how you did that too, or was it just done via a usb dvd drive?
I would love to back to OSX, as Windows gives me headaches sometimes.

Driver issues always exist. However, the unit has the same specs as the early macpros. GMA 950 grapchis, ICH7 chipset, so it was not difficult to get the drivers (KEXTS) to work. AS a matter of fact , you can find them online. Not everything functions, like some of the wifi cards (intel models), lucky for me, this unit had a ATheros card, which is also compatible. The tablet functions fine, with the buttons, you just have to find mapping software for it..the digitizer works great with TableMagic a free software for the mac that enables a slew of different digitizers . Pressure and all , works very well. Requieres some serial drivers to be installed..but it was not difficuly. Over all you must know something about OSX and debian. The only thing I see not ever work, is the fingerprint scanner , simply no driver exists.
The installation was done with a USB stick..the iso file was install on it, and the usb was formated with a GUID boot. Th OSX was 10.6.3..and then I updated to 10.6.7 online.
I am selling this unit. if your intrested let me know...

Photos are fixed. For me, I used Google Chrome and had to clear my cache before I could see them again. Thanks for your patience.

You are never going to get bluetooth to work. MY unit is modded inside with a micro usb hub and a usb micro bluetooth module..that is compatible with mac. I removed the old Bluetooth model. For the battery try Voodoobattery.kext the latest version. I did not use a distro version. I used the original..with a bootloader like Iboot. the version is 10.6.3 from the apple store.
