    hello i just have a few questions that i really need with. also im new to this site because i just got my Le1600 Tablet yesterday.

    1.) what all can i upgrade (HD, RAM, stuff like that)
    2.) where is the cheapest place to buy the upgrades
    3.) It came loaded with Windows XP. i want Windows 7 but i want it to work perfectly. is it possible for it to work perfectly with windows 7 or will i have to settle for Windows Vista.
    4.) can i improve the touch screen. i noticed you can hover with it. and i know the touch screen is wacom and the wacom devices i have been on can hover. by hover i mean move the mouse with out actually touching the screen.
    5.) can i improve the pen sensitivity. i noticed i have to push a little to get it it recognize. can i improve it so the sensitivity is really high so i can draw better.
    6.) how do i get it to rotate, the rotation button wont work.
    7.) how to i get the fingerprint working.
    8.) is there WINDOWS 7 drivers for the le1600? if so, where?
    9.) why does the pen sometimes not work?
    10.) i noticed the windows 7 task bar isnt transparent. is this a graphics issue?
    11.) and if i am missing anything please tell me what i can do to get the 100% best out of this tablet.

    Hi Coleman. Welcome. I've been watching your thread for a while, because you laid out your questions so sequentially. I like that, however, I don't own a LE1600.

    My advice will be two-fold 1. general 2. software

    1. General - Some of the items you listed might be findable right here by just searching the forum using the search function and your topic. Other items are going to have to be answered by those LE motion experts. It might cut down your long list doing your own search so that people can help you with some of the more technical aspects. And I'm sure they will! :)

    2. Software- even though you are going to use it more for art. I'd highly recommend a note taking program such as gobinder. I like it better than Journal, but also use that one from time to time. If your unit doesn't have the student pack and the ms experience pack and power tools from microsoft, I recommend those as well.
