Thinking about that free upgrade to Win 7 since you purchased a Motion tablet PC between June 26, 2009 and October 22, 2009? I was too and recently contacted Motion about it. I bought my LE1700 (Vista Business) from ALLTP in August 2009 (my second LE1700 and a great machine).

Motion Computing Customer Service politely informed me that there would be no complimentary Win 7 upgrade offered and that I would have to purchase a retail upgrade version.

While advance knowledge of this "catch" probably would not have changed my purchasing decision, it's still a nasty little surprise.

I wonder if there was some fine print out there on this. Has anyone else crossed this bridge?
