External Battery for LE1700

Hi all,
I am looking at buying the extra battery for the back of the LE1700. Do I need a separate charger or will it get charged just like the smaller battery when it's plugged in?

Did anyone sign up as a Windows 7 launch party host? I did, and got picked. Kind of corny, but hey, they throw in a free copy of the OS.

Both batteries will charge to 100% with just the single power supply adapter when the extra battery is attached to the back of the LE1700. Nothing else needed.
