hello from the samsung q1b!!!!! wow!!!! i really really like it... this is so neat. being able to surf quickly... although the resolution causes a lot of scrolling...i've installed the 'grab and drag' extension for firefox..it helps a lot... the handwriting recogonition is pretty good...also, it can play all my old games!!! the wireless is good too... and its so light!!.....
wow, this is a winner to me.. its perfect for reading/surfing.. but not so good for multimedia, it just doesn't have the power to even do youtube videos very well.. if i copy low res videos, it can play them though, and mp3s, but that's about it... i guess if i got the q1 extreme ultra it would have been a lot better... but i only paid US$180 for this, so i don't mind...
the form factor is a lot bigger than my palm tx, but its smaller than my fujitsu p600.... i'm having some issues with the portrait/landscape mode recognizing the pen though.. the other thing that really bothers me, is the touch senstive screen is too sensitive, so i don't use it all...
other than that, it's cooling having a UMPC.. i'll be getting the asus , and maybe the VILIV to have some more powerful machines to play with later on..
