Reinstalled Vista drivers for buttons and with reboot all buttons appear to work fine!

Windows Speech Recognition (WSR) works great with the array mic and 4 megs of RAM. I'm not even going to bother to reinstall my expensive DNS Medical for dictation. Instead, I am going to import a medical lexicon.

well, well! this is rather good news in two ways: i hate headset mikes and, despite using dns since version 2, i have had stability problems with some of the later versions (latest 10.1 or whatnot is currently installed)

    Default any updates on this...

using WSR for medical recognition?? I have a new x200 multitouch here, using as a pediatrician. I've messed around with dragon on and off, but never really got it going.

what medical lexicon did you use?

    thanks.
