My First- Animation

Hey guys, I do plenty of animation and graphic intensive art on my computer. I need a new way of working, and I'm planning on getting a tablet laptop. It needs to be able to hold and run adobe flash at the least, and be very portable. I don't want any lag, and I want something very accurate. Any ideas? It would be best to start with the cheapest solution for me, but I want to look at every single option. Thanks guys.

my Idea would be get a used tablet 300 bus to do the drawings and transfer data to desktop to generate the animations,usually 2 HD's needed when compileing/converting, thereby getting the best of both worlds
