Hi, I found the bug at the adobe tracker. Does anybody know a work-around/what's going on?

Hello,
I am trying to make a very simple application in flash, using a tablet pc. The problem now is I want to use the Tablet Input Panel ("TIP") in Windows Vista to insert text into an input text box.
I want it done the same way you can input text with the TIP into, text-files, word documents, and the url box of your browser
So you first click on the input box,
then the TIP panel appears,
you write the characters using your styles,
the TIP converts it to text
and inputs it in flash.
How hard can it be, right?
I cannot find anything on this topic, and would appreciate any help!
Thanks,
Billy
update: the thread " Open Tablet PC Input Panel thru Flash"is basically the same question. But maybe can help me with a more up to date and easier answer?
