I was told to change my procedure (no f8 ) so don't waste your time replying or reading unless you are interested in the outcome with customer support.
Just charge up your battery completely, and discharge it. Do this at least 5 times, and the capacity charge should go higher each time you recallibrate (discharge and charge) your battery. We recommend 2%, but 3% is fine. Sometimes battery capacity will only go up to 85% depending on your circuit. So use the battery and see how long it will last for. If you have any more problems or questions, please call or email us. Thank you and have a great day!
