Max memory for m200?

I am currently running 1gig of ram on mym200 which is the max that toshiba says I can have. However, ive seen M200's on ebay being offered with 2gigs of ram? Is this a mistake? Can the M200 recognize 2 gigs of ram?

Am I stuck with pc 2700 sodimms? I'm looking at a pair of these:

Is there anything someone would recommend more? Anywhere else I might find a better deal?
