Can my screen fixed?

A few accidents near the top of the screen have left me with a big crack in the glass and the black plastic casing that holds the screen.

The lcd itself appears to be unharmed, ive been using it this way for about a year or so but recently the glass has fallen further into the plastic and im worried it will damage the screen.

Where can I order these replacement parts? Are they expensive?

I was hoping i wouldnt have to deal with 2 hours of hold music to then be transfered over to sales, have my call "accidentally" disconnected, call back, ask to be sent directly to sales and be told i have to retell my story before i can be transfered, again, after holding for an hour.
