How to turn Bluetooth on and off?

Hey folks, haven't posted here in a long while...

Ran into a situation where I'm trying to use the new Microsoft Wireless Presenter Mouse 8000. It's a bluetooth device and comes with its own bluetooth USB dongle, but I'd rather use the bluetooth built into my TC1100. Problem is that I can't seem to switch bluetooth back on... The system tray is full of icons - but the bluetooth icon aint one of 'em - and I can't seem to turn it on in control panel...

Does anyone know of a utility, or of the filename of the application that actually turns built-in bluetooth on and off?

I'd appreciate any help.

Have you used turned wireless on via Q menu ?
Check to see if wireless is disabled in the BIOS if Q menu doesn't help.
