After having three terrible experiences with Motion tech support, I have had a good one. My wife's LE1600 died. They sent us a box to send it to them, and the box contained a disclosure-warning about such things as they aren't responsible for data and it might be lost. They told us that the turn around time was five days. We took out the hard drive, just in case. We got the tablet back in five business days. So that's one for Motion tech support.
The bad news is that it was the hard drive that failed. It lasted a bit over 18 months, the same as the one in my M1300.
