I use my Tablet a lot on planes to read documents and especially RSS feeds.

I noticed on my last flight that the little toggle doo-hickey was no longer working - it wouldn't scroll the page down etc. I tried this in a couple of windows and the same held true.

Help! I assume that it is a software setting that I have inadvertantly changed at some point in time, but for the life of me I can't figure out where. This little issue is driving me nuts since I hate having to use the pen simply to scroll a webpage window, pdf etc.

A couple of things to check...

First go to control panel, printers and other hardware, tablet and pen settings and then click the tablet buttons tab. If the button got reassigned...this is where you can reset it. Check both the primary landscape and primary portrait settings.

Second, there should be an icon in your system tray with the tool tip "Tablet Button Enable". Right click on that and make sure Tablet Button Enable is checked.

If neither of those work...perhaps it is a hardware problem.

Turns out that I don't have the Tablet Button on the task bar - I don't seem to have tapbutt.exe running or anywhere on my computer for that matter.

I am looking for somewhere to download it now - but am having problems finding it - any help would be appreciated.

I think tapbutt.exe is specific to the M200...I don't have it either. The only button related file I was able to find on the Toshiba website was this one:

Just got mine a couple of weeks ago...so still learning! ;)

There was a really great post that had all of the running services/utilities for the R10/R15 and what you could and should not disable...but I believe that post was lost with the system crash a few weeks back. I wish the original author would repost!
