By the way, the cleaning cloth that Gateway provides with these models is perfectly suited for removing the film. No need for spray cleaners or anything else, just a twice-over or so with the cloth that has the right "tooth" to remove the film without any damage to the screen. You'll notice a big difference after cleaning.
