Default A friend of mine wanted me to burn his wedding d

A friend of mine wanted me to burn his wedding dvd for him, but when he gave me the one copy he has, they are the mini dvds.

So I just have one quick question. Will the DVD burners that come with the CX200X burn the mini dvd discs? Has anyone tried it? I don't want to try it unless I know it works because it is their only copy!

    Thanks in advance!

I may be speaking out of turn but there should be no issue with burning a mini DVD or any other DVD. Size should not matter in this case. I have burned thousands of DVDs some of which were mini and I never change the process.

What software are you planning to use? Are you re-authoring or simply copying it?

    Should be no issue.

bob- as stated above by goirish it should not be a problem. Burning is a two step process. First, it copies to HD then copies from HD to blank disc. If it cant read the disc (which I doubt will happen) then the process ends. There should be no damage done to the original.

    Cheers,
    Vern
