they are super responsive and will contact fujitsu about the est. ship date. although i think they may be off today.
the only caveat is that UPS is not doing their job right this holiday season, so once you get your tracking number, track it like a hawk. my P1510D was supposedly delivered at 2pm on the 16th, but i got no doorbell and no knock (not to mention the driver skipped getting the required signature). so when i sat down at the computer at 5pm to see that it was delivered, there was no trace of it anywhere. needless to say, i'm still waiting for my replacement unit...13days after my birthday and 1 day after christmas. ok enough whining. just keep an eye out.
