Has anyone had this problem, and if so have you fixed it?

Got an Orange 3G data card and upgraded software but my Acer C300 tablet PC will not recognise it whatever I do.

My IT manager did insert the card before running the setup software, and the instructions (read only at the first sign of trouble) say that you should not insert the card first.

Orange are no help at all (saying it does not work in all machines (which)? and Acer deny any responsibility.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
