Why is it so hard to find people that use the v1

Why is it so hard to find people that use the v1250s? One would think it is because the product is lacking, but from customer reviews of this product, I am led to believe that the v1250s is a great choice! Especially why you can pick up a refurb for 850 bucks...

I have the regular V1250, and I love it, but for some reason, ViewSonic was ignored by tableteers. The company gave up on the form factor this year, though they are selling off old stock. I should grab a new battery before it's too late, but I keep hoping they will bring the price down.
