Edited: I deleted the original post because of my personal point of view about something that has already upset some of the workers. Beside that I am sorry about the wording in my original post. I should not personally post someone's name in here. I am really sorry about this post. My original intention is just want people to know something about one of the Fujitsu's service center because of this post http://tabletpcbuzz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=28488. Also that post has no direct relationship with this one.

Finally, I really hope you guys fix my tablet and please forgive my hotheaded post which will hurt the reputation of the center. Sorry.
