I need help locating a particular Buzz member as

I need help locating a particular Buzz member as I am just exhausted of combing through threads trying to find him. He has a TPC blog in which he posts a link to shareware that improves the tapping of the digitizer. I downloaded and indeed it works, but it doesn't show up in my Add/Remove programs or Start Menu. I'm purchasing several more TPC and want to install, but for the life of me can't locate his blog.

Description:

Moniker: Obviously no clue

Profile: In his signature area he has a color photograph of himself - side profile, Caucasian, male, possibly wearing a cowboy hat??? Very knowledgeable poster, ample posts. Age range 28-38 (big guess) For some reason I'm associating aviation with his moniker or signature.

Help me out gang. Or if you are familiar with the shareware I speak of, please advise.
