The TC4200 fits in quite tight but does fit. The case does fold portfolio style so you can bend one side back and it includes a forearm strap. The tablet is held in by the stretch bands which actually barely hold it in. Its not something you can trust so you have to be careful handing it in the case. I keep it zippered when moving about to prevent the tablet from slipping out.

The TC1000 portfolios spoiled me with their solid restraint spine.

Also you cannot use the travel battery with this case (and I like that battery, 10+ actual runtime hours with it).

Not sure I'd recommend it. HP needs to give us something like the TC1xxx type portfolios.
