I have an European TC4200, lost my pen, and as I am having trouble getting one in my country I want to know if there is any difference in the pens produced in the USA? Will they work with my tablet, or do I have to look for a pen in Europe?

AFAIK, they both use the same pen. I would contact HP and see for sure (If you find out they are not the same, please let us know!).

Is the CROSS pen compatible with TC 4200?

yes to both of the above...any tablet pen will work on the others...Averatec and TC1000 being exceptions... and yes the Cross TABLET pen is compatible...only problem with cross using is that one pen will not fit the storage silo of another manufactor
