I need some help. I like the Acer C314 because of price and features, but the only thing keeping me from buying it are the horror stories I've heard about their tech support. That's why I am more inclined towards the Toshiba Tecra M4. Can someone tell me about their experiences with Acer's tech support? Thanks.
