After changing from Acer C302xmi to Acer C312xmi

After changing from Acer C302xmi to Acer C312xmi I experience a strange problem; to pen is not working in different areas around the corners of the screen.
This is a major problem for me, because my auto-hide menybar is hard to acess and I even have problems getting to the scroll-bar in normal aplications.

Acer Support has seen AND recognized the problem, but it seems I am the first one in the world (!) to have this problem with the C310-series - although their demo-model had exactly the same issue...

Has anyone else experienced this problem? To me as a frequent tablet-mode user, this is a major problem!

i think you need to return the tablet to Acer to fix this issue !!

my brother's computer is havin the same problem. it is one strip of the screen with the problem; please, can anyone help??

I'm with ya on that. . .I have a c300 and I have a 2 inch strip across the screen that doesnt' work. Pretty much made the tablet portion unusable as you write something and get to that spot and it doesn't work anymore. . .found no fix for it and not gonna pay 100's of dollars to fix something that will just happen again. . .it works fine as a laptop.. .

if you return the tablet to acer for repair I would really like to know can it be fixed and does the warranty cover that repair.
