Default anyone here remove the screen protecter and writ

anyone here remove the screen protecter and write directly on the screen without replacing the protecter. I would think that the shiny smooth screen would get smudges and fingerprints on it so easily.

I did when I removed the protector from my M200. The fingerprints did get really bad, much like users experience with the VA option on the M1400 and LE1600.

The display is extremely bright and if you can live with the fingerprint issue, its' a good thing. I couldn't put up with the fingerprints though.

Does the pen scratch the screen? I've taken mine off, but I've not been using tablet mode cause I've not gotten a write-strong. Should I buy it, or just write on the bare screen?

from what i gather write on it directly if you can handle having smoodges on it, or get a writeshield if you want to keep it clean
