Fn + F3 or 4? or Fn + F6/7 for up/down
one of those... look in the manual or on those keys for the brightness images...

Crossmenu works for me to reset screen brightness in Tablet mode (m200).

I don't know of any way to change just the brightness in tablet mode, but you can also change it by proxy by selecting a different power profile; for example, Full Power is also full brightness.

On the M4 there is an Icon in the task tray that says "Tablet and Pen settings" you can change the briteness there, I don't know what you have, but it is there on the M4.
