Hello all,
This is a newbie question from a potential buyer... I've used an ACER tablet at my local computer shop, but I think the Compaq looks much nicer... However, I notice that it isn't pressure sensitive.
What I loved about the tablet I played around with was how natural the writing looked on the screen. I have an IPAQ and the difference is extraordinary. It's hard to work out why the tablet ink looked so much better. I suddenly thought that it might be due to pressure sensitivity. So... my question is this:
Does the normal ink (i.e. not in a sketch pad program) look different on the Compaq because of the lack of pressure sensitivity?
Thanks!
Simon
P.S. Here's an screenshot I found off the web in a review of the ACER.

Note that at the end of the strokes of the pen, the lines get narrower. Does this happen with the Compaq?
