HI!
I use to have my tablet shut down in about 10-15 seconds. Now it suddenly takes about 10-15 minutes to shut down winXP. If I won't find a solution to it, I was thinking reinstalling the winXP with the disk that came with the tabletpc. Does anybody know if I use this disk to go back to original winxp will it erase all my other folders?
I know that it will wipe the programs for sure.

If you using the recovery DVD that came with the tablet, it will format the partition where the windows system installed.

did you install Norton? maybe Ghost? that could be the problem.

i have the same problem. try removing anything recently installed. mine came back and i have no clue why

Seems like one or more of your programs is hanging on shutdown. Check the antivirus...Panda Titanium 2005 has a system scan and floppy scan on shutdown. I disabled them and she shut right down.

It was Zone Alarm. I just upgraded to version 6 and it screwed everything up. I also have problem with this program. Once Maya would not open, I hade to reinstall zone alarm to fix the problem.
